Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with delivery details.
During peak periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
2. Shipping Within Fiji
We offer nationwide delivery across Fiji.
- Standard Delivery Time: 2–5 business days
- Delivery Fee: Calculated at checkout based on your location
- Suva & Nausori Area: Faster delivery options may be available (1–2 business days)
We work with trusted local courier services to ensure your order arrives safely.
3. International Shipping 🌍
We ship to selected international destinations.
- Delivery Time: 7–14 business days (depending on location)
- Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout
- Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, taxes, or import duties
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking information (where available) will be shared with you via email or message.
5. Delivery Issues

Volika Fiji is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by courier services
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses
- Unclaimed or refused deliveries

6. Failed Deliveries & Re-Delivery
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect details or unavailability:
- Additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery
- Orders unclaimed after multiple attempts may be returned to us
7. Click & Collect
Customers may choose to pick up orders from our store
- You will be notified when your order is ready
- Please bring your confirmation message when collecting
